DMCA Copyright Policy

Zynos AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its creators to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our AI Video Studio.
1. Submitting a Copyright Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content hosted or generated on our system infringes your copyrights, you may submit a written notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g. link to the original work or registration details).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g. video URL or generation logs).
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to an infringement claim, and you believe that this was a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Delaware if outside the United States).
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Zynos AI maintains a strict policy for repeat copyright violators. Accounts associated with users who repeatedly upload copyright-infringing materials, unauthorized audio samples for voice cloning, or unlicensed videos will have their memberships terminated and access blocked.
